Campus and community safeguards
No individual may create an official O.C.E campus or community branch without authorisation. Branches must be officially approved, linked to a parent O.C.E structure, assigned authorised leadership, supervised and registered in the central system. Only then is a branch displayed as an Official O.C.E Chapter.
