Terms of Service & Code of Conduct

Membership carries obligations. These terms set them out plainly.

  1. Article 1

    Use of the platform

    This platform is the official digital headquarters of O.C.E Grand Lodge. Accounts are personal and must not be shared.

  2. Article 2

    Membership terms

    Membership is granted by authorised leadership and may be suspended or withdrawn for conduct inconsistent with the O.C.E Code of Conduct.

  3. Article 3

    No financial promise

    O.C.E Grand Lodge is not a financial scheme. Membership carries no promise of money, employment, business success, prosperity or political influence.

  4. Article 4

    Advancement

    Advancement is earned through learning, assessment and leadership review. It is never automatic and cannot be demanded or purchased.

  5. Article 5

    Code of Conduct

    Members act with integrity, treat others with respect, follow the organisational structure, respect leadership decisions, protect the privacy of other members and represent O.C.E honourably.

  6. Article 6

    Branch authorisation

    No person may establish or present an O.C.E lodge, chapter, campus or community branch without official approval and central registration.

  7. Article 7

    Accurate representation

    Members must not claim O.C.E affiliation with other organisations, government endorsement, or official status that has not been granted.
