Privacy Policy & Data Protection

Member privacy is treated as an obligation, not an option.

Information we collect

Application details, membership records, briefing progress, event participation, support requests and account information.

How we use it

To assess applications, maintain official membership records, deliver education, organise events, provide member support and communicate officially.

What is public

Public member verification discloses only name, member ID, membership status, circle, lodge and verification date. Phone numbers, addresses, documents and administrative notes are never public.

Access controls

Records are protected by authentication and database-level access rules. Members can access only their own private records. Administrative access is restricted by role.

Retention

Membership records are retained while membership is active and for the period required for organisational and legal purposes.

Your rights

Members may request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal information through the member support system.

Consent

Applicants provide explicit consent at the point of application and may withdraw consent by contacting the national secretariat.
